Video #1 – The Soul Project – Going Back in Time
(above) The streets of my hometown in Leamington, Ontario.
This was extremely difficult to put together – not because I’m not a videographer by trade; not because I’m not a filmmaker either – (yes, that is my disclaimer in advance so that you’ll excuse all of my editing mistakes) – but it’s been most difficult because this particular video is so very personal. And yet, this is something I feel is necessary for the success of my journey and upcoming goal. Perhaps what I’m going through here – may not be so different from a journey of your own.
So here it is – Click on the youtube video below – the first instalment or, Video #1 of My Soul Project – a weekly series that runs from now until October.
Thank you for being part of my journey.

Change begins next week with a workout program with trainer and fitness guru, Scott Tousignant – so stay tuned!
