Wow Nancy! What a fantastic story and journey. I started with Weight Watchers 4 weeks ago too but what you have initiated kicks it up a notch and I appreciate this story line. I am tackling a weight gain that I keep yo yo-ing with too and I want it off permanently.
Thanks for sharing your mentor’s words of wisdom. It reafirms that it begins with your mind and your body and life will follow the path. I will Focus on the positive.

This journey is truly believing in yourself and your strengths and moving forward with confidence.
